As a muslim, we are compulsary (WAJIB) to pray 5 times a day; Subuh, Zohor, Asar, Maghrib and Isyak. These prayers are Fardhu A'in, which is a great sin if not performed. Additional for male, they are compulsary to perform solat Jumaaat every Friday.
Subuh 5:51
Syuruk 7:11
Zohor 13:23
Asar 16:45
Maghrib 19:30
Isyak 20:44
Why do we have to pray? Because it is a direct intsruction from the god, Allah S.W.T. And what if we do not perform it? Clearly, we are againts the Almighty, the one who created use, the one who begins and end our life. What do we get if we pray? COUNTLESS!
Religious worship as the effect of movement in every rakaat on the health of the body is still too narrow in general discussion.
In fact, every prayer movement is like qiyam, bowing, prostration, sitting between the two prostrations and the early tahiyat and final tahiyat, hiding various scientific mysteries on health.
Generally, the human body consists of four main components: active tissue, bone tissue, water and fat, each with certain functions in the body.
Studies on the goodness of exercise on body composition have been done and health professionals agree that heavy or light weight exercises but are often used to burn body fat and carbohydrates.
The same effect is also evidenced by the like-minded prayer movements such as performing light workouts and proven to increase the level of immune system and avoid the risk of heart disease, stress, cholesterol and other illnesses.
Bow movements for example, a straight-through or 90-degree backbone position are evident to avoid the risk of spine disease and arthritis. It is due to the increased fluid in the cells found in the joints of the body thus softening the joint movement.
The bowing position can also slow down the aging process that occurs when the active tissue increases as well as improves the balance of water balance in the body and promotes kidney function.
Likewise the habit of bending the thumb in the position of prostration and sitting during tahiyat that can increase the rate of burning fat and removing the fat in the body, thereby lowering the risk of heart disease.
The prostrate state corresponds to the attraction of gravity that will cause more blood to flow to the brain.
The walls and veins of the brain can receive more blood than normal conditions and with enough oxygen supply, the brain will become healthier and more intelligent.
The nominal heart rate rate during prostration is also good for heart health in particular and overall body health. The position of prostrate in prayer stimulates healthy heart rate and adds to rest time.
It also extends the life of the heart and can prevent the depletion of blood vessels that carry diseases to arteriosclerosis.
In terms of sexual health, prayer has been shown to have a positive effect on patients with erectile dysfunction.
